These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Leather Say website and your purchase of any product from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Leather Say is a Pakistan-based leather goods business, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
About Us
Leather Say is a leather goods studio based at Kohinoor One Plaza, Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan. All products sold are handcrafted or hand-finished full-grain leather goods.
Products & Pricing
All prices on this site are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Product photos are of the actual product wherever possible; because our goods are leather and often hand-finished, minor natural variation in grain, texture, and color between the photo and the piece you receive is normal and not a defect.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there’s an error in the price or product description. In that case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any payment already made.
Payment
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): pay in cash when your order is delivered.
- Bank Transfer: pay in advance directly to our business bank account; order processing begins once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly across Pakistan. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees, and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.
Personalization & Customization
Personalized or customized items (monograms, embossing, engraving, made-to-order pieces) are made specifically for you after you place the order. Because of this, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives defective or damaged. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product photography, descriptions, logos, and design, is the property of Leather Say and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We work to describe and photograph our products accurately, but we don’t guarantee the site will be error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, Leather Say is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its products, beyond the value of the order itself.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or an order placed with us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
